Back to Nature — Pet Farewell
Founded in Hong Kong in 2017, Pet To Nature is Hong Kong's first — and the world's first — institution to offer Bio-Cremation (Aquamation) services for pets.
Humans and animals are made of 60% to 90% water. During the bio-cremation procedure, water is used to bring a body back to its natural state. By controlling water temperature and alkalinity, the process accelerates natural decomposition. It uses no fossil fuels, releases no harmful gases, and produces 75% less carbon emissions than traditional cremation.
We believe every pet deserves a dignified, compassionate farewell — one that honours their life and protects the earth they loved.

How Does Bio-Cremation Work?
Bio-Cremation, also known as Aquamation or Alkaline Hydrolysis, is a gentle water-based process. The pet's body is placed in a clean, stainless steel cradle. Water temperature and alkalinity are carefully controlled to accelerate the natural decomposition process.
The entire process takes approximately 24 hours. Afterwards, only pure white bone ashes remain. No DNA or RNA is left in the liquid — the filtered nutrients can safely be used to irrigate plants without harming the environment.
Staying true to the spirit of "Pet to Nature", our consultants assist pet owners in preparing solemn memorial services personalised to their needs.
